Lighten the Load So You Can Fly!

Work on eliminating attachments to something in your life that has been holding you back from growing
-- resentments, a relationship, an attitude, or a behavior.

Many times it is another person's behavior that causes us hurt, anger, or humiliation; generating feelings of resentment toward the person.  When you hold these feelings of resentments within, you are only hurting yourself.  Weighing yourself down with excess baggage.

Eventually all the feelings of resentments, guilt, or humiliation you hold within creates a harmful energy that affects you and those around you.  By holding onto such feelings, nurturing them, and refusing to let them go breeds anger, contempt, and feelings of worthlessness.  This negativity seeps into your life blinding you to the everyday blessings.

Starting today, focus your energy on eliminating resentments, fears, unhealthy attitudes, negative thoughts, or toxic relationships.  All these things hold you back from personal growth.  Focus on eliminating anything holding you back from growing.  This is not an easy process and is likely to take some time to unfold.  Begin by identifying that which is weighing you down.  Ask for spiritual guidance to help you eliminate one at a time.  Focus on what is most important to you and your future. When facing the challenges of eliminating those attachments, keep your eye on the bigger picture can help you to rise above minor stoppages and obstacles.

Lighten your load, tear down the barriers, remove the limitations, draw a new map, and take a different path--move toward a more enduring vision of life.

Immerse Yourself In Music

"Add more music to you life.  Play music while at home, work, driving or at play.
Immerse yourself in the healing properties of music.
Sing, whistle, hum, and dance...
Let the music wash away your worries and cares."

Music elevates your thoughts, lifts your spirits above earthbound worries, and is a fuse to creativity.  Have you felt guided lately to listen to a particular type of music, compose a cons, join a choir, play an instrument, or dance to the music while alone at home?  This maybe divine guidance that you may benefit from the healing properties of music.  You are being guided to immerse yourself in beautiful music and add more music to your life.

Choose music that uplifts your spirits, which you care about, or want to learn about.  Immerse yourself in music by listening to it, play soft background music while you dress, in the car, while at work, and even at play.  Allow yourself to sing, whistle, or hum along with the music--feeling it rejuvenate your soul and uplift your spirits.  Let your earthy worries and concerns be washed away by the gift of song and melody.  Immerse yourself in music and let the healing begin!
